Senior Account Manager | Leading Retail Business | Hybrid – Watford (2 days per week in the office) / WFH (3 days) | £350/day (Outside IR35, Umbrella or Ltd Company)
Our client, a major player in the Retail industry, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic Activation team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage digital creative content and drive project delivery for a fast-growing retail brand.
The Role:
As Senior Account Manager, you will oversee projects from brief to final delivery, focusing on E-commerce, eCRM marketing, loyalty programmes, and social media. You’ll act as the key contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring quality, process, and profitability are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
* Immerse yourself in the client’s brand and offering
* Prepare proposals and present creative work to clients
* Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular status reports
* Identify workflow improvements and training needs
* Mentor other team members and support administrative tasks
About You:
* Account management experience in E-commerce, eCRM, AI, and social media projects
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
* IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Trello)
* Team player with a can-do attitude
