We are looking to appoint a Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) to join our collaborative and talented team of engineers. This role will be based from welcoming Leicester office.
As a Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) you will deliver exceptional technical and commercial solutions for a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, custodial, defence, healthcare, data, leisure and commercial.

Delivering portfolios of work across both the private and public sector.
Preparation of designs, feasibility studies, reports, and contract documents.
Carrying out b uilding analysis.
Liaising directly with Clients and Contractors.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time.
About You Our ideal Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) will have:
Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software’s such as Hevacomp/Amtech/Dialux.
Experience with Revit MEP.
Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience.
Hands on knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD.
Scotland Building Regulations, also Low/Zero Carbon Technologies and BREEAM.
