Duty Manager - East Midlands Airport Premier Inn

If you’ve got experience in retail or other roles where you have successfully led people before, this role is an excellent next step in management. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others. Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
Pay rate: Up to £13.66 per hour. Contract type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Hours: 22.5 hours a week.
Location: Premier Inn East Midlands Airport, Pegasus Business Park, Hunter\'s Way, Castle Donnington, DE74 2TQ.
What you’ll do
Join our team at East Midlands Airport Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver welcoming, safe, and high-quality guest experiences.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and hotel policies.
* Manage day-to-day operations to maintain smooth hotel performance.
* Apply strong communication and organisational skills to coordinate tasks and guests’ needs.
* Experience leading a team in retail or similar environments is desirable.
