We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated educatorto lead our outstanding drama and dance department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to shape and inspire the dramatic arts within a collaborative and supportive school culture.
The successful candidate will:
* Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning, with a commitment to reflective and innovative practice.
* Lead the drama and dance department and its staff with vision and enthusiasm, fostering creativity and staff and student engagement.
* Direct and produce theannual senior production, a key highlight of the College’s performing arts calendar.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and pedagogy.
* Engage actively in professional development and leadership opportunities supported by the College.
