Office Administrator Full-Time, Office-Based
We are a well-established environmental services company, committed to delivering high-quality waste management, recycling, and sustainability solutions to commercial and industrial clients across London and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a fully office-based role and would suit someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys a varied position supporting both administrative and accounts functions.
Customer services and administration
Daily communication with Clients and suppliers via telephone and email
Booking in orders through our skiptrak system
Environmental reporting
Purchase Orders
Managing compliance documents
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, possible Saturday mornings if needed to the businesses needs
Accounts
Assisting Accounts with inputting bills onto our booking system and accounts system (full training will be given on Xero accounting system)
Checking pricing for clients and suppliers to ensure accuracy
Obtaining tickets and completing jobs, checking all info is correct
Assisting with generating invoices
We require the following skills
Good Punctuation
Good phone manners
Someone who is organised and can follow up tasks without being chased
Understanding how to prioritise tasks daily
Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and Outlook
Able to work well as part of a team
Multitasking and being versatile in their approach
The candidate would need to take ownership of tasks, have good problems solving skills and work on their own initiative concerning client resolutions
