ASM>Contracts Manager – Leeds Based Contractor The Company I am working with a £300M Turnover Contractor who in 2025 have created a new Leisure Division (based in Leeds) overseeing Leisure Projects (Football Training Grounds, Gyms & Leisure Centres) valued between £1M - £30M. The Role Due to their busy workload with over 8 live sites & order book for 2026 filled out, they are looking to add to there current team of 5 and onboard an Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager who is looking for Fastrack progression into Contracts Management. From the get go you will receive training to pre-construction phases and the opportunity to run your own smaller projects around £2M and once you are up to speed step into a Contracts Manager position overseeing multiple sites from pre-construction to handover. It isn’t often opportunities to work within an already well established, profitable business like this come up.
