Reporting to the Senior Retoucher, we currently have an opportunity for a studio re‑toucher with experience in a commercial studio setting to join our fast paced, lively photography studio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to challenge themselves within a large volume commercial studio. We are looking for an individual who can jump straight in - creating exceptional quality imagery; a goal driven individual who likes raising the bar and has a can‑do attitude towards everything.
Responsibilities
* Retouching ecommerce imagery to a high standard in preparation of upload to multiple online offerings within Frasers Group
* Managing your daily workflow to meet deadlines
* Assisting photographers (If needed) with the day to day photographic requirements
* Working on briefs for other brands within the group
* Retouching images for still life, flat‑lay, and model imagery which will involve skin retouching
* Keeping accurate daily shoot records and managing asset files
Qualifications
* Knowledge of ecommerce image requirements, ghost mannequin work & clipping paths
* Experience working in a similar role
* Advanced knowledge of digital workflow from camera to post‑production
* Relevant portfolio that demonstrates creative and/or commercial retouching
* Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment where business needs are ever changing
* Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
* Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to build effective working relationships across the business
