Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and skilled Covid-19 Vaccinators to join our healthcare team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the vaccination effort, ensuring that individuals receive their Covid-19 vaccinations safely and effectively. Duties
* Administer Covid-19/Flu vaccinations to eligible individuals in accordance with established protocols.
* Conduct pre-vaccination assessments to ensure patient eligibility and address any concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of vaccinations administered and manage patient information confidentially.
* Provide post-vaccination care instructions and monitor patients for any immediate adverse reactions.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient vaccination processes.
* Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards throughout the vaccination process.
Requirements
* Valid registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., NMC or HCPC).
* Completed a CPD accredited face-to-face vaccination training
* Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is necessary.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
* A compassionate attitude towards patients, ensuring their comfort throughout the vaccination process.
