We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
* Support the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to disciplinary and exit processes
* Coach and empower line managers to build high-performing teams aligned with GXO values
* Monitor and report on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, and absence
* Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and contribute to the Site People Plan
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this
* Strong ER casework background with solid knowledge of UK employment law
* Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor/Officer role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
