Position Overview
The Grants Officer will be responsible for developing our Trust and Foundations income stream, which includes researching, applying for, and monitoring external grant funding to help increase voluntary income and achieve our objectives.
Additionally, the Grants Officer will lead on the internal grants process, supporting staff in applying for grants, coordinating applications for presentation to the Charity Management Board, and following up on successful grants to ensure they are expended within three months. The role involves capturing the impact of funding through well-written reports and case studies to promote the charity’s effectiveness and encourage further donations.
