Recruitment Consultant – Business Support
Location: Harrow – 5‑minute walk from Harrow on the Hill station, brand‑new offices.
Specialism: Business Support (Customer Service, Admin, Office Support roles)
Experience Level: Open to trainees with strong sales backgrounds.
Compensation: Pay Range Up to £35,500 (DOE) plus uncapped bonus, Salary £27,000+ for trainees and £30,000+ for experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business across Commerce & Industry focusing on Customer Service, Sales, Junior HR, Junior Marketing, Data Entry & admin roles
- Building long‑term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)
- Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
