Join our International Logistics Team.

The International Logistics Team sits within our Business Operations division. Following our international expansion, the team continues to grow to support the needs of our global customers. They are responsible for the movement of goods across multiple markets, ensuring all Softcat exports from the UK are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice & Purchase Order Management

* · Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy against POs and service agreements.
* · Track and approve purchase orders, resolving any supplier or payment queries.
* Documentation & Proof of Delivery (POD)
* · Maintain shipment documentation, including PODs, customs, and compliance records.
* · Follow up on outstanding PODs and ensure proper filing for audit purposes.
* Compliance Support
* · Assist with maintaining export/import documentation and compliance logs.
* · Support reporting and record-keeping for trade compliance requirements.

Process & SOP Maintenance

* · Help create and update departmental processes and SOPs.
* · Ensure accurate document control and contribute to process improvements.
* Administrative & Team Support
* · Provide general admin support to the International Logistics and Compliance teams.
* · Coordinate meetings, reports, and assist with internal or external audits.



What we need from you

The International Logistics & Compliance Administrator provides vital administrative and operational support to the logistics and trade compliance teams. The role ensures smooth coordination across supplier invoicing, shipment documentation, and process maintenance, helping to uphold compliance standards and operational efficiency within the department

You'll also bring:

* • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* • Experience in logistics, compliance, or finance administration preferred.
* • Familiarity with invoice processing, purchase orders, and document management systems.
* • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
* • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.
* • Interest in developing knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance
