* Has a track record as an excellent classroom practitioner
* Has proven experience of empowering students and staff to achieve their best
* Can demonstrate high degrees of personal integrity, creativity and resilience
* Has experience of developing their own expertise and skills, and that of those around them
* Has strong organisational and ICT skills
* Can lead with clarity, consistency and care in a fast‑paced pastoral context
* Is committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour, attendance, conduct and student wellbeing
* May have subject expertise in English and the ability to teach PSHCE
