The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner looking for a new and rewarding challenge to join our HR team. You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, oversee corporate training programmes, lead apprenticeship initiatives and support transformation projects. Your ability to analyse issues and develop effective solutions will be key in supporting managers and driving HR best practice across the council. You will be CIPD qualified with expert knowledge and experience of employment law, experience handling complex HR cases, transformation and change. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be key in influencing and supporting teams across the council.
