? About The Job
Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Production Lead oversees all content production, ensuring high-quality creative output across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, leads internal operations, and drives efficiency and excellence in production processes.
The Production Lead will develop and refine Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are best outsourced or built in-house. This may include creating an in-house studio for original content on platforms like YouTube, expanding storytelling beyond campaigns and deepening engagement with our brand and mission.
This role is ideal for a strategic, operational production leader with hands-on experience, a creative mindset, and a passion for building scalable content systems.
? What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Production Oversight
* Lead production for all marketing content, including TV commercials, campaigns, charity films, digital assets, and PR support
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient delivery
* Oversee relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager
* Handle production challenges, ensuring quick resolution and team alignment
* Define and evolve the long-term production strategy, balancing outsourced and in-house work
* Evaluate and improve processes, introducing new systems or tools for efficiency
* Foster a high-performance culture, maintaining quality and speed at scale
* Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to align production with marketing goals
* Plan for future in-house studio development, producing original content for owned channels like YouTube
* Shape a content slate that extends beyond campaigns, including behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, and charity features
* Test scalable, low-lift content formats to build long-term engagement
* Identify opportunities to enhance storytelling, agility, and visibility through in-house capabilities
? About You
* 10+ years in senior production roles across creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media
* Proven track record in managing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, social, and branded storytelling
* Expertise in managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines
* Strategic thinker with experience in evolving production models and building internal teams
* Skilled in balancing outsourced and in-house production, with sound judgment on investments
* Highly organized, solutions-focused, and operationally excellent
* Collaborative leader with experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Experience with regulated sectors or compliance-sensitive content (e.g., charities, fundraising) is a plus
