Candidate must hold / have experience of:
• NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 3 and/or Aesthetic Practitioner BA(Hons) FdA
• 1+ years of clinical practice
• Valid Driver’s License
• UK Residents ONLY
Desirable Experience but not essential as training is provided:
• Skin Peels
• Microneedling
• Radio Frequency
• Exosome Therapy
• Medical Grade Skincare
• Pabau CRM system
As a Skincare Therapist, you should be familiar with or have experience of:
• Undertaking Consultations
• Providing Pre and Post treatment care and advice
• Knowledge of Skin Anatomy
• Knowledge and/or practical use of Microneedling
• Knowledge and/or practical use of Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
• Knowledge and/or practical use of Exosomes
• Knowledge of Skin Peels & Medical Skincare products
Job role will include:
• Patient and Clinic Coordination
• Greeting patients
• Booking patients for appointments
• Taking and recording payments
• Housekeeping and maintaining key areas
• Ensuring Patients have completed their relevant consent forms before treatments
• Updating patient records where required
• Dealing with deliveries and stock checks
• Answering enquiries and assistance with bookings
You may be the first point of contact and therefore, you need to have the ability to:
• Communicate effectively
• Multi-task
• Be organised & time-manage efficiently
• Have attention to detail
• Have a professional customer service manner on all communication channels
Job Specifics:
• Permanent Contract
• £13.50 + per hour (depending upon experience)
• 5 days a week, Monday to Friday with up to 2 Saturday’s a Month.
• 37.5 hours per week: Monday 9 – 5pm, Tuesday 9am – 6pm, Wednesday 9am – 4pm, Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9 – 5pm.
• Holiday Entitlement PLUS Bank Holidays
