A new EXCITING opportunity has arisen to join the business as aFleet Sales Administratorat our offices inHigh Ercall TF6 6RA. The successful candidate will be expected on site 5 days a week to continue the businesses growth success and support for the division.
The Fleet Sales Administrator is a multi-skilled role that will work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide a 360 support to a high standard.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain internal and external systems to ensure that fleet transactions, customer information and stock book records are accurate and up to date.
2. Create, issue and update invoices or other financial records from customers and manufacturers, as necessary.
3. Contract and re-contract vehicles, ensuring all price protection terms are met.
4. Order vehicles from manufacturers in line with customer needs.
5. Confirm delivery information with customers, and submit delivery packs including necessary documentation and paperwork.
