The Work Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships Draft and review privacy notices, internal policies, DPIAs, data sharing agreements and contractual data protection clauses Advise clients on UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and wider UK data protection compliance requirements Support clients in responding to and investigating data breaches, including regulatory reporting and engagement with the ICO Assist with data subject rights requests including access, erasure and rectification Deliver training to clients and support them in embedding data protection best practices Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated, commercially focused advice Your Experience Commercial Solicitor, NQ- 3 years PQE Genuine interest in data protection, privacy and information governance Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal issues clearly Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients Why This Role?
