What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the heart of our supply chain transformation, integrating end-to-end processes through smart analysis of systems and data.
1. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
2. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance our SIOP process, manage reporting needs, and guide a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver excellence in planning and scheduling. Whether it’s implementing new systems, driving lean methodologies or supporting NPI projects, your work will help us deliver on time, in full, every time.
3. Developing robust planning procedures to supporting long-term capacity forecasting,
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving. You’ll need to be confident working with data, systems and people to drive meaningful change.
4. A degree-level education, ideally with a business or planning focus
5. At least 3 years’ experience in scheduling, planning or a related area, with strong knowledge of SAP/ERP/MRP systems
6. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
7. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders around supply and demand planning
