Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a new employee located inWhat a typical day looks like:
1. Estimating all types of Low Voltage Switchgear enquiries;
2. Managing enquiries and meeting deadlines;
3. Liaising with clients over the phone to expand our customer base;
4. Building & maintaining effective working relationships with client, colleagues and any other associated third party;
5. Promoting all Anord Mardix products/services, expanding of our customer base including improving the design of our products, services and client liaison as required;
6. Assisting with sales administrative tasks as required;
7. Assisting other Anord Mardix departments so they can efficiently manage Projects to maximize the profits of the company;
8. Carry out routine follow-ups with clients;
9. Work with external sales team members in order to secure new orders and win new customers.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
10. Sector specific experience will be considered beneficial however any requisite training will be provided.
11. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with high levels of numeracy and literacy skills.
12. Candidates must be proficient in the day-to-day use of Microsoft based operating systems and the Office suite (Outlook / Word / Excel).
13. Estimators must be driven, good forward planners and are often required to make decisions/valuations in relation to budget costs from limited information.
14. Candidates must be able to manage time appropriately to meet requested deadlines
15. Candidates must have good attention to detail and have good self-organizing skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
16. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
17. Eligible to work in United Kingdom.
