Role: Account Executive
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: 40k+ DOE

Reports to: Head of Partner & Client Growth
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
* Identify and target hospitality operators aligned with Stampede’s ideal customer profile
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through research, prospecting, and outreach
* Track and report on opportunities, activities, and forecasts in the CRM
2. Sales Execution
* Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that align Stampede solutions with client needs
* Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to exceed revenue targets
* Support marketing campaigns by converting leads into opportunities
3. Onboarding and Account Management
* Ensure a smooth handover to the Onboarding Team and Account Management Team
* Stay engaged with strategic accounts to drive adoption and long-term growth
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Stampede’s ecosystem
4. Market Engagement
* Represent Stampede at industry events and networking opportunities
* Stay up to date on hospitality trends to anticipate customer needs and market shifts
* Use competitive insights to refine sales strategies and positioning
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and positioning
* Contribute to commercial planning sessions to shape Stampede’s growth strategy

Qualifications
Who You Are
* 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in or hospitality tech
* Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, including confident and effective cold calling
* Comfortable picking up the phone and thrive in proactive outreach to engage, qualify, and convert prospects
* Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
* A strategic thinker who can balance execution with relationship building
* Strong communicator and natural collaborator with a bias for action
* CRM-savvy and data-driven, with experience managing pipeline and reporting on performance
* Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow both customer success and Stampede’s reach
Bonus Points For
* Experience running a full 360 sales cycle from first contact through to closing and account growth
* Knowledge of the hospitality, POS, or customer engagement space
* Familiarity with HubSpot and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo for lead generation, pipeline tracking, and reporting
