Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator
The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
6. Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
7. Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
8. Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
9. Progressing lets through to move-in
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will:
10. Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
11. Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
12. Deliver outstanding customer care and service
13. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
14. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
16. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
