We’re seeking experienced, driven individuals to join us as: Procurement Supervisor – Direct Materials Procurement Supervisor – Indirect Material&p; Services As a Procurement Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement operations to support our world-class pharmaceutical services. Whether you're overseeing direct materials critical to our manufacturing processes or managing indirect spend across services and supplies, you’ll be instrumental in driving value, efficiency, and innovation. What You’ll Do: Lead procurement activities within your category (Direct or Indirect) Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We Are Looking For To be successful in the role you will need Degree (or equivalent) in a Life Science or Business-related discipline, OR significant previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, significant experience sourcing in a range of direct or indirect spend categories, and a proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills and communication skills.
