Job Details
Salary: £47,472 to £51,048 (pro rata) plus SEN Allowance £2,787 to £5,497. Contract type: Permanent. Working pattern: Part time.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Show a clear commitment to inclusive practice and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
* Have completed, or be willing to undertake, the National Award for SEN Coordinators.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND developments.
* Develop leadership skills and support colleagues effectively.
* Build positive partnerships with pupils, parents, staff and external professionals.
* Take responsibility for leading multi‑agency meetings and writing reports.
* Approach work in a reflective, proactive, and child‑centred manner.
