Main duties
Deputy Ward Managers support the Ward Manager in operational management and leadership, including supervision, mentorship, clinical expertise oversight, HR support, clinical documentation, shift management, and risk assessments.

Person specification
Essential qualifications include RMN registration, experience at Band 5 or equivalent, and substantial post-qualification experience with severe mental illness. Leadership, communication, risk assessment, and commitment to equality are vital.
