Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer: Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process. Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
