Your opportunity
We're looking for a Service Account Manager.
Your Mission
1. Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt zone services strategy to his/her region, direct and implement action plans with After Sales team
2. Ensure that customer production line is optimized to the maximum
3. Responsible for performance of Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution process
4. Propose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
5. Sell and negotiate Sidel Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
6. Plan customer contacts, visits and promotions
7. Coordinate and analyse market and competitor information, provide forecasts (3 month forecast and outlook) and report to relevant stakeholders
8. Lead a team and develop required competencies
9. Responsible for his/her region Outstanding and overdue payment performance
10. Be in charge of a given account in the region
Your Profile
Education Qualification:
11. Bachelor degree or equivalent
Language:
12. English is mandatory.
13. French and Italian would be a plus
Professional Qualification and Experience:
14. 3-5 Years of After sales experience
15. In depth knowledge of beverage equipment and market
16. Minimum 5 years of experience on the field (maintenance, production, FSE) and Ability to travel (> 50%)
