Eastern Outreach - Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9FJ £27,000 per annum pro rata (£16,200 actual) 22.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year, Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm Part Time Permanent Reference: 0205 Your role We are seeking a highly organised, digitally proficient, and proactive Learning Operations and Compliance Coordinator to support the smooth running of our learning provision and ensure we meet essential compliance standards. This role will involve maintaining effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, organising and maintaining timetables, organising learner activities, organising exam registrations and supporting staff recruitment, training and compliance processes. Your responsibilities: Manage learner timetables and coordinate with tutors Maintain accurate electronic learner records using school MIS software Liaise with parents, Local Authorities, schools, and awarding bodies Book learner activities and support exam registration processes Maintain and update the organisation’s Single Central Record Book and track staff training and reconcile safer recruitment documents Ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations Communicate professionally via email and support general admin needs You will need: An enhanced DBS GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English High level of digital competency Experience of using digital information management databases.
