Role is ideal for a Chef de Partie who loves working in fresh food kitchens and is looking for progression in a small team working with two experienced chefs.
Candidates must have a right to work in the UK, have national insurance and a UK bank account.
Salary is based on a 5 day week.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of fresh food items according to the restaurant's menu standards.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient meal preparation and service.
* Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff, sharing culinary techniques and best practices.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote safety and efficiency.
