Tolchards Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic person who has excellent IT skills and great attention to detail to join the finance team. We are a busy department, so good time management skills are essential. The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in finance.
We are offering a permanent, full-time role (40 hours) Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to suit.
The Role
* Process purchase ledger stock invoices against purchase orders
* Communicate with other departments to efficiently resolve queries
* Code and input non-stock invoices
* Check and reconcile supplier statements
* Process and allocate supplier payments
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Support the Finance Team in preparation of Management Account
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
The Candidate
* Experienced in accounts payable or similar role
* Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Great communication skills, polite and professional
* Good IT skills – Microsoft Office
* Efficient with good awareness of deadlines
* AAT qualifications (achieved or partial)
