Key responsibilities:
1. Delivermercial strategies to maximise value and manage risk
2. Support contract negotiations and management
3. Provide financial oversight (budgeting, forecasting, CVR)
4. Manage risk andpliance across contracts
5. Build strong client and supplier relationships
6. Support procurement and supply chain activities
7. Contribute to bids and tenders
8. Monitor performance, costs, and reporting
What you’ll need to succeed
9. Experience in amercial Manager or similar role
10. Strong financial andmercial acumen
11. Proven contract negotiation and management experience
12. Strong stakeholder engagement skills
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Desirable:
14. Relevant degree ( Procurement, Quantity Surveying,mercial Management)
15. Professional qualification ( MRICS, CIPS)
16. Experience inplex contract or regulated environments
