Job Description
As a HR Assistant you will:
3. Be the first point of contact for employees raising work related concerns, managing and escalating to management where appropriate
4. You will be required to manage and update the internal system with employee records ensuring personal details are accurate
5. Take administrative responsibility for the employee life cycle, this will involve liaising with management staff to provide employee feedback
6. Updating and maintaining internal records regarding policies and procedures, people rewards and pension schemes, employee life cycle events
7. Ensuring that employee work related cases are escalated to management efficiently and that notes and files are stored correctly
8. Assist in preparing monthly KPI reports for management meetings
9. Assist in the HR Audit process
10. Provide support with the monthly payroll process when required
11. Manage diaries booking in annual processes such as monthly review meetings, return to work meetings and external training courses
12. Assisting staff seconded from overseas with aspects of UK life(housing, family and cultural matters)
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Assistant will have:
13. Previous experience working within a HR function at an administrative level
14. CIPD Level 3 or working towards this in HR
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
16. IT efficiency including the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
17. Strong attention to detail
18. Confidence to work independently as well as being a good team player
19. Be pro-active and eager to suggest new ideas
