We are seeking an exceptional Faculty Leader for Human Sciences (Sociology Specialism) to drive excellence across a thriving, ambitious department. You will lead curriculum development, staff performance, and high-quality teaching across Sociology, Psychology, Business, Health & Social Care and Criminology-ensuring that every student receives a challenging, inclusive and inspiring learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader ready to shape vision, raise standards and play a central role in our continued success.
