1st Line Technician
Salary Range: £25k-£28k + Bonuses + Pension
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Norwich Outskirts

We're seeking a passionate 1st Line Support Technician to deliver top-notch Technical support to our clients while providing exceptional Customer Service.
The Candidate:
* Good IT and problem-solving skills in areas like Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory/CPU, Office 365 Management, and more.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients.
* A passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow within our supportive team.
* Extra points for experience in the outsourced IT support industry and holding a Full UK Driving license.
* Role Specifics
* In this role, you will:
* Support PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
* Install PCs and upgrade software
* Administer IP phone systems via web-based interface
* Provide support for customer applications (training provided)
* Set up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
* Support Mac's remotely and on-site.
