Chepstow Landscapes is seeking a skilled labourer with previous construction or landscaping experience to join our team.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, and we are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident working on active landscaping sites.
Please note:
* Own transport is essential – this is crucial as you must be able to travel to different job sites.
* This position is self-employed initially, with the opportunity to discuss a contract if performance and suitability align.
* Previous experience is mandatory – this is not an entry-level role.
Key Responsibilities
* Mixing concrete
* Loading and unloading materials
* Cutting slabs
* Assisting with patio installations
* Keeping site clean, organised, and safe
* Supporting the team to maintain productivity and high standards
Requirements
* Proven previous experience in landscaping or construction
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Strong work ethic and positive "can-do" attitude
* Able to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
* Reliable and punctual
* Own transport (essential)
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow within a professional landscaping company.
Pay will be discussed based on experience. A paid trial shift will form part of the recruitment process.
