Job title: Assistant Producer

The Assistant Producer is a hugely important and valued role within the business. You will work as an important team player on projects assisting producers, production managers and the wider team in delivery of a broad spectrum of creative events and productions.
You will have a hands on role in supporting the team on the coordination, planning and delivery a variety of productions across multiple clients, regions and industries in the UK and internationally.
You will need to be flexible and organised, sometimes working as part of a core team from the start of a project but at other times jumping in to provide assistance in the pre planning and pre production phase or on-site at short notice at any point during a project timeline.
We would be looking for you to take an active role in supporting both delivery but also client relationships, attending client meetings where required and supporting on project admin and reporting across the board. T
As an Assistant Producer you will ensure that all work is produced to the highest standard possible, adhering to any project or internal timeframes and deadlines
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the production team as required in the pre-production and delivery of live event projects
2. Provide on-site support at events, shoots and on productions
3. Support the team on production and creative idea development to continually ensure we deliver the best client experience
4. Assist in any relevant research as required across production, talent, venues, innovation etc as needed
5. Take notes during project meetings to distribute to the wider team
6. Attend brainstorm sessions and give your input
7. Attend client meetings when required
8. Research and contact 3rd party suppliers for information and quotations
9. Manage core project workstreams and administrative tasks within projects such as catering, call sheets, transport, graphics etc
10. Ensure the Producers and Production Managers receive timely and accurate information
11. Raise purchase orders and expense claims as required
12. Produce all work in line with Broadwick Studio’s sustainability vision and values

24. Have some prior experience in events although it’s not essential for this role
