Responsibilities:
* Provide best‑in‑class family‑law advice to high‑net‑worth clients.
* Lead the Family Team, managing legal services and supporting team members.
* Advise on all family‑related matters including divorce, children disputes, financial remedy claims, pre‑ and post‑nuptial settlements, domestic violence and co‑habitation matters.
* Deliver outstanding client care and maintain a clean billing history.
* Support marketing and business growth initiatives.
* Represent the firm at conferences, panels and community events.
Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor with significant experience in family law.
* Expertise in high‑net‑worth financial remedy claims and contested proceedings.
* A solid billing history and clean claims record.
* Excellent client‑care skills and ability to deliver high‑quality legal services.
* Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
* Warm, personable and collegial – a team player with a can‑do attitude.
* Proficient in IT, with a desire to adopt new ways of working.
* Professional appearance and strong communication.
* Experience in marketing and business development is a plus.
