Your Rewarding Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.

Structured Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Experience
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to:
* Carry out routine servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
* Perform in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
* Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards.
From day one, you’ll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics. You’ll use your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to keep our members moving safely and confidently.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
