Offer description

Description
We are hiring a Mid-Weight Producer to join our in-house studio team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in bringing the Footasylum brand to life at retail, with product and storytelling at the heart of everything we do.

As a Mid-Weight Producer, you'll be a trusted member of our established campaign team of content creators, collaborating with experienced videographers, photographers, stylists, creatives, and marketing professionals. Footasylum's in-house team is responsible for producing all marketing content—from impactful campaigns with globally leading brands to large seasonal moments for the FA estate.

You'll be passionate about streetwear culture and deeply engaged in the trends that define it. That passion will drive everything you do. You'll be confident managing projects from kick-off to delivery, working across studio departments and head office teams, using established processes to ensure progress is communicated clearly and that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The Team
The Studio Team sits within the wider Marketing Department and operates out of The Sharp Project in Manchester. While our physical home is in the studio, we're in constant collaboration with Head Office and the rest of the business. We work across Footasylum's Own Brands as well as iconic sportswear and streetwear names.

Every day is different, and the pace is fast. From daily eComm shoots to full-blown campaigns and in-store activations, our team thrives on creativity, teamwork, and shared passion for the culture we represent. We're committed to making content that not only looks amazing but connects deeply with our customer.

The Studio is a dynamic and exciting place to work with every day being different. We have eComm running daily, as well as teams working on social and creative photoshoots. The team strive to create amazing content, always wanting to progress and develop their skills. Teamwork is huge over at the studio. We work collaboratively, supporting and encouraging one another to produce work which we are proud of. It is a fast-paced environment with new jobs being discussed, planned, and shot every day.

About You
You're creatively driven, culturally tuned-in, and genuinely passionate about streetwear and sportswear culture. With 3–5 years of experience in a studio or production environment, you're a safe pair of hands—confident, proactive, and able to turn your hand to any job.

You're naturally organised, a strong communicator, and a skilled problem solver. You understand how to navigate complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, and you're comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward.

You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and love being involved in everything from the creative brief through concept and into final delivery. You're passionate about making content that speaks to the youth and streetwear community, and you're eager to be part of a team that pushes boundaries across every brand touchpoint.

What you will be doing:
Off Set

* Supporting and leading project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and external bookings.
* Collaborating confidently with senior team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Tier 3-level tasks.
* Leading pre-production meetings and building out detailed project timelines.
* Managing external communications and agency relationships with professionalism and clarity.
* Owning shoot documentation and tracking project data for future reference.
* Ensuring crew wellbeing and morale are maintained throughout production.
* Regularly reporting on production progress to key stakeholders, contributing to studio efficiency and financial oversight.

On Set

* Leading or supporting shoot management across multiple locations.
* Setting up teams for success with meticulous attention to detail.
* Managing shoot schedules and communicating timings clearly to crew.
* Acting as a key point of contact for deliveries, arrivals, and on-set logistics.
* Leading pre-shoot briefings and communicating risk assessments and shoot plans.
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Why Footasylum?
We are one of the leading omni-channel retailers across the UK, but more than that we are a brilliant place to work. We value you and your development. We have loads of examples of people moving upwards, across to other departments and given training to excel their personal and professional skills. Our aim is to create a fun environment, where your success is paramount to ours and you are given the right tools, support and platform to achieve your goals.

Diversity
We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help make sure we have lots of different perspectives when we are building services to customers and the wider business. This is great news for our business. Diversity for us is also, importantly, about building happy teams full of people that want to learn and want to be inspired by each other and our different experiences and backgrounds.

Recruitment Process
We review applications on an individual basis, and if we feel you would be a good fit we'll invite you for a call or Teams video for an informal chat about the role, and to see if we're a good fit for you.

We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, giving you a chance to learn about what we are doing in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you and why you feel that this is the opportunity for you.

Please note, this is not a remote role and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Studio in a hybrid way, in Manchester.
