Job Purpose Summary:

The Head of Capital Delivery will be responsible for the successful oversight, governance, and execution of all capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects across London Luton Airport. This critical leadership role ensures all projects are delivered efficiently on time, within budget, and to the defined quality and scope requirements. The role will drive a culture of performance, safety, and stakeholder alignment across a complex infrastructure development portfolio.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the airport’s capital projects portfolio, including terminal upgrades, airfield works, infrastructure expansion, and facilities improvements.
2. Develop and implement robust capital project delivery frameworks, aligned with corporate objectives, regulatory standards, and airport operational requirements.
3. Manage project governance, ensuring clear reporting, transparent decision-making, and proactive risk and issue resolution.
4. Provide strategic leadership to in-house project teams and external consultants, contractors, and delivery partners.
