Duties
* As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting service users with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
* Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of service users.
* Making tea or coffee and heating meals in the microwave.
* Supporting service users with mobility.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring that their living space is tidy and organised.
* Collaborating with care coordinators to implement care plans effectively and monitor service users' progress.
* Engaging clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
* Previous experience in a patient-facing role or a similar setting is highly desirable.
* A background in nursing or relevant qualifications in health and social care would be advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
* Drivers with experience.
