Due to a growing workload, were now looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join our close-knit team on a long-term basis. The Role: As a Multi-Skilled Builder, youll be working on a variety of domestic projects in and around Warrington and the North West area Youll be expected to carry out a range of tasks from start to finish on site, taking pride in your workmanship and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: General building work including knock-throughs, brick/block work, and drainage Joinery, plaster boarding and concreting Assisting with foundations, structural alterations, and roofing Reading drawings and working to building regs Liaising with clients and maintaining a clean, safe working environment What Were Looking For: Proven experience in domestic building projects (min 10 years preferred) Strong all-round building knowledge and practical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable, honest and tidy with good attention to detail Own tools and transport What We Offer: full time employment with paid holiday entitlement competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for long-term work with a company that values good tradesmen Friendly, no-nonsense team with a focus on quality and efficiency.
