Account Executive – Spanish Speaker

About the role
4. Take full ownership of the Spanish-speaking market (Spain & LATAM), managing outbound and inbound leads.
5. Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
6. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in Enterprise clients.
7. Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline, activity, and forecasting.
8. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to share market feedback and help evolve messaging and product.
About you
9. 5+ years in sales, including at least 2 in B2B SaaS, with a track record of closing both SME and enterprise deals.
10. Fluent in Spanish and English.
11. Proactive, confident, and able to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
12. Comfortable discussing and demoing software to non-technical stakeholders.
13. Structured in your approach and motivated to contribute beyond just your quota.
