We are proud to announce that Brunel has an exciting opportunity for a Headteacher to oversee the leadership of Westlea Primary School from September 2025; collaborating with Brunel’s Executive Leadership Team and wider network of Brunel’s Education Professionals and Central Business Support Teams at an exciting and crucial time in the Multi Academy Trust’s journey to success.
Westlea is a fantastic mainstream primary school with a nursery class for children aged 3-4 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented senior leaders, teachers, and wider support staff. You will foster an environment that encourages growth, development, collaboration, and innovation.
We are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious educational leader with a passion for Primary Education and SEND. You will be an excellent leadership professional, well-organized, and an effective communicator with experience of quality Headship or strong senior leadership, ready for the next step. You should be able to establish and sustain high-quality teaching across all subjects and phases of Westlea, nurturing your team’s strengths and abilities to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
