We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. Leasowes are recruiting for a hardworking and dedicated Pastoral Manager to cover four days per week, currently Tuesday to Friday. You will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of policies and practices throughout the school ensuring that the school fulfils its responsibilities for supporting behaviour, child protection and other pastoral issues. The role would promote and facilitate effective practised across the school that combine to safeguard the pupils in our care.
