CRM Marketing Manager – Zurich UK
Overview
Lead Zurich UK’s CRM capability across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. You will work with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns to Customers and brokers, and help design and build the architecture underpinning our CRM capabilities. You will collaborate with Sales, Insight, Operations and Technology teams to evolve a connected CRM ecosystem.
What You Will Be Doing
* Create impactful campaigns using direct feedback from customers and sales teams; include briefing, copywriting, email creation, and campaign optimization.
* Create and execute customer engagement and acquisition strategies aligned with growth plans; act as the gel between sales and marketing to drive growth.
* Work with the insight team and Zurich data to deploy broker and customer audience segments for targeted campaigns.
* Adopt a Test & Learn approach with regular A/B and multi-variant testing; use analytics tools for post-campaign analysis.
* Design and continuously improve CRM architecture across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud; develop a roadmap to test and embed AI-enabled approaches.
* Encourage cross-team collaboration to maximize CRM value for growth; act as CRM subject matter expert; help build and manage multi-step customer journeys within Marketing Cloud, including trigger-based and behavioural-based email sequences.
* Deliver business impact through collaboration with business teams; be measured on growth and customer KPIs (e.g., nPS, broker survey feedback).
What We Are Looking For
* Experience as a Digital Marketer, Marketing Automation Specialist or CRM Marketing Specialist
* Creative/design experience desirable and/or HTML/CSS experience
* Experience building or re-architecting CRM environments from basic to advanced
* Experience operating within complex or regulated environments (insurance or financial services desirable)
* Line management experience
Technical Skills
* Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud; understanding of Salesforce CRM configuration and execution of CRM journeys within Marketing Cloud (essential)
* Good understanding of integrations and system connectivity (essential)
* Understanding of CRM governance and data considerations (essential)
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools within Salesforce ecosystem (desirable)
Non-Technical Skills
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to translate commercial objectives into CRM architecture
* Comfortable influencing at senior/leadership level
* Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
* Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
