Customer Service Executive

Location: Caerphilly (CF83) - Office based role
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 DOE + Benefits

Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (Mon–Thu), 7:30am–4:00pm (Fri)

If this sounds like you, a respected manufacturer and distributor is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. This newly created role supports a clear division between customer service and sales, helping the business scale while maintaining its high standards.

As Customer Service Executive, you'll be a key part of the office team, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately process all customer orders and maintain low level error rates
* Professionally handle calls, emails, and messages with a customer-first mindset
* Manage multiple inboxes and be the first point of contact for customers via telephone
* Acknowledge complaints and provide resolutions within a timely manner
* Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
* Provide performance updates to the Customer Services Director
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements


About You

You're someone who:

* Proven experience in a customer service orientated role, within a B2B environment
* Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Has strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable with change
* Understands CRM systems and order management tools (preferred)
* Has a sales-aware, customer-centric mindset
