About theTeam:
The TechnologyGroup is responsible for the effective delivery, management, and services ofall technology disciplines within the air navigation services environment.These include Oceanic and Domestic Air Traffic Management, Security and aNational MPLS Network, National Operations/Maintenance and Specialist Support,Information Technology and Service Management, Project Delivery/FlightInspection and National Engineering.
The IT &Service Management team consist of the IT & Service Management Manager, theNational IT Operations team, the Enterprise Applications team, the IT Service AssuranceManager and the Service Desk Vendor Manager.
About the Role:
We have a newly created permanentfull-time opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst to join us inAuckland (airport) or Christchurch (Burnside).
Reporting to the Enterprise ApplicationsManager, you will have technical ownership of ServiceNow and a few otherminor platforms as needed. This will see you maximise the value provided toAirways through the investments made in Airways Enterprise Platforms.
Youll ensure the reliability, security,and scalability of our Enterprise platforms, driving innovation, and aligningtechnology solutions with Airways strategic business objectives.

About You:
This role is well suited to someonewith a genuine passion for aviation, transport or the technology industry.
To be successful, you will hold:
1. A relevanttertiary degree in IT, Computer Science or similar.
2. Five (5) plusyears experience in IT systems administration, business applications analysis,or technical roles, with experience in ServiceNow.
3. Hands-onexperience with data integration, API management, automation tools, andenterprise platform configuration.
4. Motivationto learn and seek out the information needed to deliver at the highest qualityand standard.
5. Abilityto work in a dynamic team and business environment, collaborate with people,show resilience and agility, take ownership and focus on delivering successfuloutcomes.
Beneficial:
6. Understanding of securityprinciples, risk management, and compliance requirements.
7. ITIL Foundation certifications.
8. Training in Agile methodologies,Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
