Teamforce Labour are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshal / Minibus Driver to join our team on a long-term construction project in Bibury, GL7 (2–3 years).
This is a dual-role position requiring the successful candidate to act as a Traffic Marshal on a daily basis, while also being responsible for transporting staff and contractors between a nearby designated car park and the project site.
Role & Responsibilities
Acting as a Traffic Marshal (Banksman) to manage and control vehicle and pedestrian movements on site
Ensuring site traffic operations are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
Driving a minibus to transport staff and contractors from the nearby car park to site each morning
Returning staff and contractors to the car park at the end of the working day
Completing additional shuttle runs during the day as required
Maintaining a professional and courteous manner when dealing with site personnel
Adhering to all health & safety and site rules at all timesRequirements
Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification
Valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a minibus
Previous experience working on construction sites
CSCS Card
Good communication skills and a safety-focused attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a long-term project
