About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments
* Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
* Observe, assess and support each child’s individual learning journey
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families
